New Jersey Whistleblower Attorney

If you have been fired or subject to a disciplinary action for reporting illegal acts committed by your employer or fellow employees, you have rights. New Jersey law protects whistleblowers, and provides you with a means to get your job back or obtain compensation for economic and emotional losses you have suffered.

Hanan M. Isaacs, P.C. strongly advocates for employees who report employer misconduct. We use the law to help whistleblowing employees obtain compensation and justice for the wrongs done to them.

Call 866.959.3786 or send us an e-mail to arrange for a consultation about a whistleblower case.

New Jersey's Conscientious Employee Protection Act

The State of New Jersey has enacted what is perhaps the strongest whistleblower statute in the nation. The Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA) enables whistleblowers to obtain possible reinstatement in their positions, compensation for back pay, future pay, benefits, emotional suffering, attorneys fees, and in some cases, punitive damages.

While working at your job, you may have witnessed or have information regarding employer misconduct. It might involve a kickback, falsification of financial documents, Medicare fraud, improper disposal of hazardous waste, or another type of illegal act. You should feel free to report this behavior to the proper authorities without fear.

If you do report an illegal act and are subsequently fired or disciplined by your employer, Hanan M. Isaacs, P.C. will use the law to obtain reinstatement or compensation for you.
