The law firm represents the interests of a "whistleblower", an employee of CIGNA, who reported significant suspected fraud to upper management. Contrary to law, public policy, and CIGNA's own employment handbooks, the corporation wrongfully discharged the Plaintiff. Plaintiff has already won a liability determination. His case is back for damages. His current claim for damages is $3 million.
