Kingston Arbitration Attorney

Arbitration is similar to going to court. Two parties make their arguments to an impartial fact-finder who will make a final, binding decision on the parties. There are a number of benefits to choosing arbitration over litigation, however. Arbitration can:

  • Cost less than a trial
  • Proceed faster than litigation
  • Incur less stress on the parties and foster ongoing relationships
  • Maintain your privacy as arbitration records are not public
  • Allow both parties to select an arbitrator who fits their needs

Additionally, arbitration allows both parties to take control over the decisions that affect them. In litigation, a judge, who is a stranger to your situation, makes a final decision in your case. With arbitration, both parties select an arbitrator to preside over their case. This way, they can have an arbitrator who fits their needs.

New Jersey Dispute Arbitration Lawyers

At Hanan M. Isaacs, P.C., our Kingston arbitration lawyers represent individuals and businesses in arbitration. Similar to serving our clients in litigation, we thoroughly prepare for arbitration and provide skilled advocacy during the proceedings. We can guide you through the process and help you seek a resolution that meets your needs in cases involving employment law, business law, family law and other civil disputes.

Call 866-959-3786 or send us an e-mail to arrange for a consultation about family law, business or employment arbitration.

Acting as Arbitrators

In addition to representing clients in arbitration, attorney Hanan Isaacs also serves as an arbitrator. He cannot serve both functions, however, at the same time. If he is acting as your representative in arbitration, he can refer you to a neutral arbitrator to preside over your case.

For more than 30 years, attorney Hanan Isaacs has served as an arbitrator. He spent many years serving as an arbitrator on behalf of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Additionally, he has served as a consultant to the CPA and general business community and the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce. He also trains attorneys and other professionals in arbitration, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
